Tri-layer tubing is a high performance tubing with more mechanical possibilities compared to single layer tubing. It allows three different materials to combine together to realize multiple superior performance properties, such as better inner wall lubricity, improved burst pressure, and higher outer layer rigidity. With AP Technologies’ experience with tri-layer extrusion, you can customize tri-layer tubes with different materials and thickness ratios to suit your product needs.
